Bourbon Balls

Bourbon Balls

I personally think these get better with a little aging. The first day they can be pretty potent. This recipe is as easy as falling off a log. With a food processor, it is a breeze. Pretty tasty too!!

  • 3 cups vanilla wafers about 75 in one box -- finely crushed
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • Granulated sugar

  • Crush wafers in food processor along with the almonds.
